Manuel Soto-Garcia

Dr. Manuel Soto-Garcia is driven by a passion for lifelong learning and a commitment to translating research into real-world impact through mentorship, education, and patient care.

He currently serves as an Assistant Professor at Parker University, where he teaches neuroscience and challenges chiropractic students to develop, integrate, and apply their knowledge in meaningful clinical contexts. His academic focus is on helping students understand complex neurological concepts and connect them to practical, patient-centered care.

Dr. Soto’s academic and professional accolades include a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology from Midwestern State University, a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic. He is also a Diplomate of the
International Board of Chiropractic Neurology, Board-Certified in EEG Neurofeedback, and Certified by the Society for Sports Neuroscience.

Before transitioning into full-time academia, Dr. Soto spent several years in private practice as a chiropractic neurologist, treating a wide range of neurological and functional disorders, including post-stroke recovery, traumatic brain injury,
migraines, dysautonomia, and dizziness. His clinical approach integrates principles of clinical neuroscience, functional medicine, chiropractic care, and exercise science to deliver personalized, research-informed care.

With a strong entrepreneurial background, Dr. Soto previously owned and managed multiple multidisciplinary clinics, where he served as a provider, manager, and financial strategist. This experience shaped his ability to blend clinical expertise with business acumen, interprofessional collaboration, advanced diagnostic tools, patient education, and coordinated care planning. His work alongside neurosurgeons, primary care physicians, attorneys, and other specialists
gave him firsthand insight into high-stakes, evidence-driven, and innovative healthcare environments
