Lunch and Learn: Build the Machine: A Three-Stage Framework for Scaling a Chiropractic Practice from Operator to Investor
- Saturday, October 3
- 12:15pm - 1:15pm
- East Building: Room 110
Most chiropractors are not scaling — they are growing themselves into a ceiling. Growth is linear and depends entirely on the doctor; scaling is durable and produces results even when the doctor is not in the room. This session draws the critical distinction between the two, introduces the three-stage progression every practice owner must move through (Operator → Builder → Investor), and lays out the operational prerequisites that must be true before adding doctors, opening additional locations, or scaling marketing. Dr. Jacobs walks attendees through the framework that turns a high-paying job into a durable business that does not break when the doctor steps out.
